Window & uPVC Cleaning
How often should I have my windows cleaned?
Most of our customers in the local area prefer a 4-weekly or 8-weekly schedule. This ensures your home stays looking its best year-round and prevents a heavy build-up of dirt on the glass and frames.
What happens if it rains?
Rain doesn't stop us! Because we use pure water, rain doesn't affect the quality of the finish. However, we offer a 5-day rain guarantee: if you feel the rain has made your windows look dirty within 5 days of our visit, just let us know and we will return to fix them free of charge.
Do you need to use my water?
For window and uPVC cleaning, we bring our own supply of 100% pure water on our van. We only require access to an outside tap for our industrial pressure washing services.
Can you clean the uPVC plastic on my house?
Yes. We use specialised uPVC cleaners along with our water-fed poles to deep-clean fascias, soffits, and cladding, restoring them to a bright, like-new finish.
Gutter Clearing
How do you clear gutters without a ladder?
We use a high-powered industrial gutter vacuum. This allows us to clear debris, moss, and silt safely from the ground, even reaching over conservatories or narrow side-extensions where ladders might not be practical.
Do you clear the downpipes as well?
Yes, we ensure the entry points to your downpipes are clear of any blockages so that rainwater can flow freely away from your property.
What happens to all the mess you pull out?
There is very little mess involved because of the vacuum system. We bag up all the organic debris cleared from your gutters and can either place it in your garden waste bin or remove it from the site for you.
Pressure Washing
Will pressure washing damage my driveway or patio?
We use professional-grade surface cleaners that provide a consistent, even clean without the "striping" caused by domestic lances. We adjust the pressure depending on the surface—whether it’s natural stone or heavy-duty concrete—to ensure a safe, deep clean.
Do you re-sand block paving after cleaning?
We offer re-sanding as an optional extra. Once the driveway is completely dry, we can return to brush in kiln-dried sand. This helps to maintain the structural integrity of the blocks and provides a smart, finished look.
Payments, Area & Peace of Mind
Are you insured?
Yes, we are fully insured with comprehensive public liability insurance. We take great pride in our work, but having this cover provides you with total peace of mind while we are working on your property.
How do I pay for the service?
To make things as simple as possible, we use GoCardless for automated payments. Once a job is completed, the payment is collected automatically a few days later. You don’t need to worry about having cash ready or remembering to make a bank transfer.
Which areas do you cover?
We provide regular rounds to all villages between Langstone and Sedbury. This includes Magor, Undy, Rogiet, Caldicot, Portskewett, Sudbrook, and Chepstow.
